When will I receive my order?

For existing stock in Malaysia delivery time is 7 working days of receipt of payment.

For Non-Ex Stock, delivery time from other countries is 28 - 42 working days of receipt of payment.

Goods are shipped via 3rd party delivery services to ensure your purchase gets to you as safely as possible - This service is trackable. The cost of shipping is calculated based on dimension or weight. 

Please ensure your details and your delivery address are correct during checkout Asus-Ex takes no responsibility for incorrect information, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping an order.

Can I cancel an order?

Providing the order is within 1 working day and hasn't been processed yet. 

Can I return my item?

Unforetunately returns are not possible except items determined to have defects or complains. By filing up the Return Merchandise Form (RMA) to request for approval for return. This would fall under Warranties and Remedies.

This process will normally take 2-3 months. Items must be the same condition as it was when you received it and in its original packaging. 

Post and packaging costs are non-refundable.
